Recent Projects Switchboard Manufacture
BlueScope Steel No5 Blast Furnace Reline Project.
Design and supply 16 (Form 3b) 415v Motor Control Centres for various switch rooms (5 off) associated with the upgrade of No5 Blast Furnace. This entailed a total of 66 tiers, 162 different drives and 5 separate relay panels.
BlueScope Steel Ore Preparation Upgrade Project (OPUP)
Design and supply a (form 3b) 415v Motor Control Centre and a 415v Distribution Board. The MCC consisted of 6 tiers and 9 drives with a separate relay panel. A 415v Distribution board of 2400A capacity with a 1600A Air Circuit Breaker Incomer and 2 800A output ACB’s with Zone Interlocking.
BlueScope Steel Ore Preparation Upgrade Project (OPUP)
Design and supply a Burner Management Panel to control the Sinter Machine Ignition Furnace. This was a panel which consisted of a PLC control, working in conjunction with Burner Management Relays and ancillaries. \
Eastern Creek Leachate Ammonia Treatment Plant
Design and supply a control system for a dosing system at Eastern Creek Waste Management Centre. The MCC consisted of 3 VVVF 90kW drives, a control panel and a PLC panel.
