• Design, supply, install and commission equipment associated with the automated loading and unloading from Wet Chemistry, 5 lane conveyor with four axis ABB Delta Kinematics robots and Cognex vision systems.
• Provide Electrical / Mechanical Engineering design of the new system
  • Detailed design encompassing all statutory bodies.
  • Provide full set of mechanical design drawings for all inclusive new equipment.
  • Provide full set of electrical schematic drawings for new control system.
  • Programming of PLC and HMI screens.
  • Robot programming.
  • Cognex Vision System Programming.
  • Development of Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
  • Development of ITP’s.

• Design, supply, install and commission equipment associated with retrofitting of Robot Pick, Place and inspection control system for four existing cell printing machines.
• Supply, manufacture, assembly and packaging ex Sydney of mechanical and electrical components as outlined below:
  • 2 of Scara robots
  • Supply of PLC and MCC components
  • Supply of mechanical components for the printers
• Provide Electrical / Mechanical Engineering design of the new system
