ARA Asset Management Services

Asset Management Services (AMS) is a division of The ARA Group, established to assist individual group companies and their customers with the management of their maintenance and service operations. ARA Group companies outsource to AMS one or more of the following functions in the delivery of services to their clients:

  • Asset Management - Asset auditing, barcoding and tracking using a PDA that provides fast, accurate, and consistent results for any asset and data collection requirements.
  • Maintenance Management - Planned and reactive maintenance works automatically scheduled and recorded against individual assets using the PDA with in-built barcode scanner.
  • 24/7 Helpdesk - A single point of contact Australia-wide 24 hours, 7 days per week, logging client calls, attending to email or paper-based requests for maintenance or other asset-related activities, and dispatching jobs to company technicians or third party providers via voice, SMS or wireless PDA.

ARA Integrated Maintenance Services (AIMS) System

AIMS is the core of our service delivery. Purpose built for the task, AIMS is a web-based asset, maintenance and helpdesk management system, providing immediate feedback on work performed as technicians link wirelessly from the field.

Customer Web Portal

Clients are provided access to their information in AIMS through a customised web portal, available via the internet anywhere, anytime. Based on defined parameters AIMS will automatically contact specified supervisors and managers via email or SMS, ensuring the client is kept informed at all times.
